As 2018 Spring Festival is approaching, leaders of Xianyang Vocational and Technical College send their greetings to 17 employees, including 7 retired and 10 in need. Starting January 15, on behalf of the college, XVTC leaders would visit the retired and needy faculty to show their solicitude in order to help them enjoy a happy, auspicious and peaceful Chinese New Year.
