On March 21, Zhong Sanchun, President, and Ji Li, Secretary-General of the Australian Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce Inc. visited Xianyang Vocational and Technical College, where they had a meeting with President Zhang Cun, Vice Presidents Xi Shangjun and Zhao Yunlong. Directors of the Office of General Affairs and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation attended the meeting.
Both parties discussed possible cooperation. On be half of the University of Tasmania (UTAS), Zhong hoped to build a bridge between XVTC and UTAS. He gave a brief introduction to UTAS and talked about some agricultural programs offered in the institute. Ji elaborated on the details of the programs and cooperation procedures.
Zhang Cun talked about basic information, major construction, admissions and students' employment, as well as international exchange of XVTC, hoping to promote the cooperation with Australian institutions with the help of the Chamber.
