Invited by XVTC, Chirikanova Natalia Vice President of Khabarovsk College of Industry Technologies and Services (KCITS) attended the opening ceremony of the 3rd Silk Road Education Cooperation Forum, which is hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Government and co-organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Department and almost 20 universities and colleges. In the opening ceremony Chirikanova Natalia signed an agreement with President Zhang Cun.
As part of Khabarovsk Regional State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution KCITS is the second vocational education college in Khabarovsk that established cooperation with XVTC. Both parties have reached an agreement on teacher/student exchange, faculty professional training, as well as sending competitors to participate in each other’s skills competition.
After the opening ceremony Chirikanova Natalia also visited XVTC campus, met XVTC administrators, attended Sino-Russian Vocational Education Forum and also visited Sino-Russian Innovation Park in Fengdong New Town. XVTC Attended the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd Silk Road Education Cooperation Forum.
